Thanks Heather! I really didn't want to put a pic just yet but I remember preop being on this site searching for inspiration. I still have a lot to go and I decided to put this out there to inspire myself too! Its difficult to see yourself through others eyes especially after years of avoiding mirrors and pictures.

I've discovered that any bit of working out is the key!!
