dgryan74 0 Posted April 19, 2013 Surgery was in January. I have lost 25 lbs. I really can't tell when I am full. I read where some people are full after 3 -4 tablespoons, but I don't have that sensation. How do you feel when you are full? I have been stalled for weeks. Need help. Taradawn15 148 Posted April 19, 2013 I don't have a strong full sensation like a lot of people do. I measure my food and eat really slowly, I figure if I'm not hungry anymore then that's kinda the same as being full. I would say just measure your food so you don't over eat. Good luck 1 dgoerlitz reacted to this
Taradise 5 Posted April 19, 2013 I remember in weight watchers (a long time ago) talking about this.. if you eat and then you have that "sigh" like.. ah... then you are full. Do you get that? I do sometimes. I used to ignore it, but trying to find it again!
Jenny12 361 Posted April 19, 2013 My full feeling pretty much feels like there is not anymore room.

MrsG 329 Posted April 19, 2013 My nose starts running a little (this is a recent thing for me, so weird) but usually I get about 3-4 hiccups. I love it! I know I'm done when the hiccups start and it keeps me from overeating! As far as "feeling" full, I guess I would have to agree in that it just feels like no more will fit.
