Getting prepared - liquid phase

Hi people, my surgery date is may 11 in Mexico. Im flying from New Zealand and trying to get organised.

Are those little Soup sachets a good idea until I get back on nz ground? I thought they would be good for liquids for hotel rooms & the plane - only needing a kettle. I will be eating healthier once I get home! These were just to help get me through. Is that a good idea??

And I'm going to add the lentils & chicken to some veggies and stock in a slow cooker for the purée stage. I'm not a fan of Protein Drinks so I need to get any Protein I can from foods. In nz we don't have unflavoured Protein powder so I will stock up while I'm there. Thanks for any input you may have! ????
