gia24 85 Posted July 8, 2013 I just contacted my patient advocate and she was missing my cardiac clearance, so she didn't submit my paperwork like she should have a few weeks ago, I was able to scan and email it to her and she just submitted it today, so now it's the waiting game, she says typically it takes 2 weeks to get approval, and now they are scheduling surgeries for August, so looks like I won't be a July Sleever, but I am just glad I have had my documents submitted and hopefully I will get my approval in 2 weeks, so I can get sleeved in August!! Wish me luck!!

I plan on it, I figure I will call them tomorrow and make sure they received everything. It has been a long process and I have been back and forth, but the thought of dying and leaving my children and husband is too much for me not to finally get myself healthy and make sure I am around for my familia for a long time! Thank you for the kind words I am so excited!! 1 court2180 reacted to this

I was really impressed that I was really never hungry with exception to truly missing my diet cokes, carbs and wine! But it was all worth it when the surgeon said I did a great job at shrinking my liver. 1 ShariM735 reacted to this
