Yay! So happy to find others that are having their surgery in July! Mine is July 16th and I can't wait. I have a lap band (8 years old)- it failed miserably as they usually do. I am super excited and time can't go by fast enough. ~Madeline

Not scheduled yet but expecting a July date (toward the end). All stuff submitted to insurance last Monday. Ready for my approval!!!!!

It feels like forever! I am wanting it to hurry up! I can't have surgery until July because I need to use my student loan I get in July for my portion. However, my work is way unstable right now and I worry everyday if I will make it to the time I can take my time off (my work pays 13 weeks 100% short term disability because of my tenure). I need this surgery! Pray for me that the work thig is all in my head and I make it to July! Lily u should friend me! I use this on my phone so it wont let me friend anyone.

I feel your pain I wont know my date till the 11th hopefully middle/end of june..I have my graduation in aug n I start my BA in sept..ughh I would love to have lost 40 lbs by then

I'm crossing my fingers that I'll be scheduled in July ... I meet my surgeon next month and I have my 3rd pre op class next month as well ... I'm trying my best to be patient ...

Patti, i sent you a message.. And yes i will definitely pray for you about this work situation.. I think that we all are feeling a little impatient.. The next few weeks are going to drag I think.. I feel like a little kid waiting for Christmas, I am so ready for this surgery. I'm so glad to have found this site, it's great chatting with people who are in exactly the same boat..
