I'm just under five months out and getting tired of chicken. I was out running errands with my family and ate a fish taco at Carl's Jr. It was so good. I dont eat bread of any kind yet so without the tortilla, it was 170 calories and 12 grams of Protein. For those early out, it could be two meals. I know there are many who are very strict and don're eat fast food ever, but for the rest of us- I recommend it. Just make sure to keep track of your calories.

I've too had their fish taco (with the tortilla) and it was yummy! I luv fish tacos and was pleasantly surprised that a fast food joint can be so tasty. I also don't like the fried fish tacos (like Del Taco). Carls Jr needs a little more tartar sauce and they'll be neck in neck with Senor Frogs in Puerto Vallarta!
