Houston17 115 Posted April 16, 2013 Ok,ok,.... I know it's important to walk, walk, walk. I truly thought it was because I woud feel a lot of gas in my stomach or shoulder. I don't have pain like that. However, I do have problems with getting liquids to stay down. Does that mean that there is gas in my stomach pushing it back up and I just don't realize that its gas. If this is true, recommendations on how to walk.... Before I try to get liquids in? After? Both? How long? What's going to help me the most getting my liquids to stay down? ISleevedIt 380 Posted April 16, 2013 Are you making sure you take tiny sips and allowing it time to go through your tummy before taking another sip? In the beginning, I would take a tiny sip, then walk around the house, then take another sip. Good luck!
Houston17 115 Posted April 16, 2013 Good advice. Thanks. I tried to eat a Popsicle very slowly- probably about 15-20 minutes. I wasn't walking in between bites. I'll try that.
