amytug 996 Posted April 16, 2013 I want a hard round tush!! Lol I've googled it and found a few moves bit what are your fave moves? I suck horribly at squats. I do baby bun presses, side lying leg lift, dog kicks. Fire hydrant ain't Happenin' just yet. Lol What else is there? I'm also pretty sure I'm not doing the dog kicks right because I really don't feel much of a burn. I have 5 lb dumbells I've been using for a couple back moves but I think they're Way too heavy for me just yet. I can't do very many reps. What are your favorite moves for the back?
