bringiton 68 Posted April 16, 2013 Everyone else already knew this I am sure-so I'm a little slow on the uptake I guess lol Yesterday I upped my Water to 80+ oz and made sure my Protein was at least 60g, did time on the elliptical... And I'm down 2.4 lbs this morning. Never seen more than a lb a day before of loss. Yay! SO get more protein! Drink way more water than the surgeon told you to! Exercise every day!
