Hey everyone:

Well I finally got some results and I was so glad to find out it was not my band that was the problem but I had a nasty virus. I am feeling much better and I am back to exercising(the first time in weeks).

There's a very nasty gastroenteritis virus going around. I wonder if that's the one you had. My brother had it...he looked and felt like crap, literally. We also have a gastro outbreak at the hospital I work in and we are on lock down. That means that except for extenuating circumstances there are no visitors allowed, only the people that work there are allowed to enter the building and no one is allowed in or out of the building unless we use the disinfectant on our hands. Imagine being in the hospital already sick and you get this bug!!!! There are so many RNs sick with it the ones that are left are working overtime. The moral of the story is.....stay away from hospitals, they are a breeding ground for all kinds of nasty bugs.
