mamamareli 144 Posted April 26, 2013 I do 2 weeks of Optifast Pre surg. 4- 8 oz shakes, i Soup and One Bar. Also allowed 3 sf Jello and 3 sf Popsicles per day. I'm not hungry on it but of course I want real food. Just not as bad as I want an uncomplicated surgery--so I am sticking to it.

Itsme! 98 Posted April 26, 2013 I get three-four shakes a day and a lean cuisine-type meal, trying to keep total calorie count below 870. It's not so bad (but so glad I just have 4 more days!) Just beware: liquid in = liquid out ????
