Up cal D is a powder. It's pretty good stuff, calcium citrate + Vitamin D

I found a chewable Calcium / vit d supplement at Walmart and it is delicious. You take two at a time. I will post the name of them later today. Also, I was told to take a B12 supplement.

Are all of the Calcium options that people have listed in this thread in the form of citrate? I am struggling to find a Calcium that is in the form of Citrate. That is in Gummy form.
