Enlarged spleen

I had my surgery Friday and came home Saturday. My surgeon said that my spleen was large and boggy. It bled during the surgery and I lost 1300mls of blood. They gave me a unit of blood in the OR, a plasma expander and 4 liters of Fluid. All in all, I feel Good. Normal post op pain and very tired (probably from low hemoglobin). I'll see the surgeon in a week and then I guess I'll need to follow up on this spleen issue.
