My hubby eats them all the time.. he eats them as a snack.. so far he is down 80lbs as well as I am.. I dont eat them myself.. but he does.. I eat rice cakes lol.. but ive tasted them..and are good.. very tasty... but just arent my thing.. Im so picky lol

I saw some BBQ flavored ones today at the store. I might have to pick some up to eat with cheese or hummus. You would probably have to eat them with some Protein source so you wouldn't keep eating them- I bet they slide pretty good.

I love the Special K multi grain crackers! Actually, I should so I really like them. (I LOVE Wheat Thins and have to stay away from them.) I can eat them and then forget that I even have the box on my desk at work.

I looked for them in the cracker aisle yesterday but didn't see them. I did find some red berry waffles in the frozen section. 75 calories, 15 carbs, 2 Protein. Put an egg on it and melted cheese on top. Only ate half but it was yummy. I was looking for the eggo protein waffles but they didnt have them. Guess I could look online got the nut value. It's not going to be my everyday Breakfast but maybe an occasional Saturday morning treat.
