Just wondering how long will the approver process takes with Aetna Ins.if you have a out of network doctor?

I have Aetna and an out of network surgeon. For me, it only took me a week before a nurse from Aetna called me to tell me I had been approved for surgery. By the end of the week, I had set my surgery date! Best of luck to you!
