johnlatte 1,232 Posted April 11, 2013 Your nutritionist would be the best person to give you that advice. It is going to be different from person to person based on your weight, your goal weight, metabolism, general health etc. For example I am almost 5 months, my nutritionist wants 1100 kcals a day, no more than 40gm carbs. Hard to accomplish, but I do what I can. Some folks aren't past 800 at this point. So you probably will want to have that discussion with your nutritionist.
