Favorite tracking app?

What's your favorite tracking app? I'm looking for a good app to track Protein, calories, carbohydrates, and exercise. I've only used weight watchers so I have no idea what most people use! Thanks!

MyFitnessPal is the one I use, and is very popular here.

I'm a fan of Sparkpeople. It's free, like I think the others mentioned above are.

Was just looking at my fitness pal. Question. I looked up canned tuna. The only thing I saw was the information for 1 can serving. Say I have 2 oz, do I just have to manually calculate by breaking down how much each oz is? Either by looking at the label or the info in the tracker? Or is there another way to see how much would be in each oz with that app? I can't see a way. An app that would do that would be very convenient! I suppose the easiest way would be just to have half the can at 2.5 oz and just divide all the nutritional info by 2. I just don't want to get into the habit of eating more food than I would otherwise bc of the more convenient math :P

I use MyFitnessPal and pair it with my FitBit too. I have also used LoseIt! before and I really like it too but now I pretty much stick with MFP.

I got obsessive with MyFitPal and it was too much so now I just use weight tracker to show me my stats I no longer log my intake because they aren't set for bariatric patients and I didn't find it to be very accurate where exercise is concerned either

Also a devotee of MyFitnessPal. I pair that with my FitBit pedometer.

Same here! I use MyFitnessPal (MFP) and a Fitbit One. Keeps me TOTALLY motivated every day (and I'm 11 months post-op!)

You can set My Fitness Pal for any levels you want. I have mine dialed in to what my NUT suggested. I have to measure or I know I would screw up so that works best for me.

I also use myfitnesspal and a fitbit. I love the combo.

The great thing about my myfitnesspal phone app is that i can scan bar codes and it adds them to my food diary in about 2 seconds.

Fun, convenient and motivating.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
