I saw my cardiologist yesterday. He was thrilled with my progress and agreed that I can be weaned off my High Blood Pressure medication! He is hoping that my leaky aortic valve with stablize too in the next few months! Don't have to visit him again for 6 more months!

My weight loss is slow and steady, averaging about 10 pounds per month. I am feeling SO GOOD!

Yay for me!!! :D
