michelle4873 113 Posted April 11, 2013 Well so far I have had NO grumbling tummy which is amazing to me ! I have no realized how much "head hunger" I have had all my life! I have a 3wk (by choice, 2 is required) liquid to do pre-op. my program supplies 3 Meal Replacements a day and I am allowed fat free broth, SF Jello, SF Popsicles and if need be FF jello pudding . I have found my constantly having Fluid at my side I have kept the full feeling and have kept up my fluid intake to 100oz plus! The downside....peeing all the time lol! I was down 2lbs in 2 days already ! So for all those dreading it, you never know how you will feel until you do it! I have been thrilled so far to see how strong I have been so far especially knowing this will help my success on the "other side"! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
