I am doing a liquid diet now even though my surgeon only requires one day. After seeing how many others were required to do a liquid diet for longer I figured it couldn't hut. Also it's preparing me for after surgery. I am getting a little nervous but still am absolutely positive that I have made the right decision.

Its been 10 days post op for me and I am so happy that I did it. I feel a big difference already!
