Any thoughts to share. I'm not really nervous just trying to get prepared. I didn't have much pain after lapband but it seems I will with the vsg. I have my bag of Protein samples Vitamins etc all done. Still going to weight watchers to help.

My pain with vsg wasn't bad at all. Just a little uncomfortable. I was off all pain meds within 48 hrs.
