Alex Brecher 10,515 Posted November 1, 2015 Just curious have you ever thought about getting together a conference for all those who post on your site? I know another similar site just had one but I didn't go as I have yet to have my surgery. We've looked at organizing conferences for our members and it's definitely something we hope to do in the future.

So far so good. When was the last time you went for an esophagram? I'd check it out to make sure it hasn't slipped. Sounds like you might just need an adjustment. MyMeshelle 2 Posted January 23, 2016 I'm completely unfilled since my band landed me in ICU for 3 weeks cuz it aspirated into my lungs and the left lung started to collapse...
Alex Brecher 10,515 Posted January 23, 2016 It has slipped and I have a leak and my port has flipped.. I want a revision to the sleeve... Ouch! I'm not sure what I'd do if I were I were in your shoes. I have thought about it quite a bit. Not sure if I'd get another Lap-Band if I had issues with it or revise to another procedure. What is your surgeon suggesting?
jlw18 6 Posted January 23, 2016 I'm reading that book now. Great information. I just finished my pre-op testing waiting for everything to get approved. The book is helping me know that I am making a great decision for me.

We will see... If he does not agree with revision I will find someone who will... Glad your doing so well.. I was told "you have a failed surgery in you" by my thyroid Dr... GSleeve822 394 Posted March 15, 2016 I have been wanting to listen to this book on Audible.. however, the narrators for the book are awful. It sounds like a robot (for both the female and male voice). It would be nice if the author himself would read the book so that it's more personal and less like we're listening to an automated system from T-Mobile for many hours in the car. I don't sound much better. There's a reason I went with a pro. Sorry they're not to your liking.
