Just got through the audiobook (iTunes). What a gem!! Chock full of great information. I'm scheduled for 5/4 and will definitely run through the book several times before then (and after).

we have the same surgery date my VSG is also on May 4th good luck to you through the book several times before then (and after).

You too Felicia, one week as of tomorrow!! Hope you're not having a horrible time with the pre-op diet lol :X
