Garlandfam 12 Posted April 8, 2013 I was sleeved on the 4th of Mar...I am taking Multi Vitamin, Vit D, Calcium, Biotin, B12 and fish oil...I think that is all! They are all Gummy except for the B12 (sublingual) and Biotin (lozenge) and I just take them throughout the day until my pillbox is empty for that day! Cristin 73 Posted April 8, 2013 I take a multivitamin 2x daily, Iron, Vitamin D, and Calcium 2x daily. I will probably add a B complex if my doc says the multivitamin doesn't have enough B Vitamins. Mastiff_mama 171 Posted April 8, 2013 I take two Celebrate chewable Multi Vitamins, two scoops of BA Calcium crystals in drinks, Iron and get mega dose shots of b-12 every 3 months, biotin! If i only get one scoop of calcium, I eat a few lemon calcium chews! Yummy treat!
