And my nut actually speaks highly of carbs... of course from the right sources... wheat brwad wheat crackers. Brown rice etc...

Im gonna be 6 weeks on tues and im excited to eat a mini sandwich! I found some bread thats 100 wheat with low carb.. low cals.. no white flour.

Mini wheats work good. Unfrosted. They sit heavy in the pouch and are good for Fiber. But stay away from foods smaller than a half dollar Those will slide right through. You want to try and get food to sit in there as long as possible.
