LovinMe2013 21 Posted April 6, 2013 I was sleeved on 1/22/13, my starting weight was 241 and I am now 197. I logged my food daily & usually stay under 800. This past week, I've been getting around 950-1,000 calories per day. I was originally told 600-800 calories & 50-60 g of Protein. Do we move up in calories over time or are we always supposed to stay between 600-800.
Looking Ahead 239 Posted April 6, 2013 I was told my calories would move up after one year or when I reach my goal.

The Travel Guru 40 Posted April 6, 2013 I am three months out, my NUT told me back in March to try and stay between 900 to 1100 for six months.. I am been eating between 700 and 800.. so I think 1000 is fine..
JP69 116 Posted April 6, 2013 Just went to my 3 month checkin/ support meeting with a group of people that were sleeved around the same time. The nut said that anything below 700 or 800 was to low. 800 -1000 were good to stay within. I wonder if that's why I slowed down cause its hard some days to get in all my calories. 1 MrsG reacted to this
