at my first visit I was 240 I started watch what I ate once I got approve hoping I want have an hard liquid diet I've been told it more about shrinking your liver the the liquid so I'm try to lose the weight now

Hello everyone.....I joined earlier today and have spent most of the day reading everyone's stories and experiences. I am extremely anxious to be able to start my own VSG journey. I have been trying to get this done since 2008 only to be let down numerous times. I have an appointment on the 14th with the doctor and nutritionist on the same day. This is the closest I have gotten to having this done. I hope and pray my insurance hooks me up this time. I look forward to be able to share my experience with ya'll.
