I have my surgery may 1st. I'm excited and nervous.

I'm also schedule for May 1st. Very excited but on day 3 or 3wk preop . Feel very weak. What's your preop diet like?

My surgery anniversary is May 20th. Its been almost a year and I am down 103 lbs so far.... 6 lbs to onederland!!! you all will do amazing

May 10th is my birthday so that is a great day for your surgiversary to be on! Congrats on your success!

Omg 180lbs in 11 months that is amazing!!! I need to loose 150lbs I hope I will :/
