I totally am getting the lump in my throat. It just started and I am 4.5 weeks post op. I am just eating too fast and too big of bites. chicken is not working for me right now. Its an awful feeling.

Hi terrilen

glad to hear that the visit to the dr wen ok if it werent for the bad news that you were intaking too many calories...poor baby! myself I don't go to much for the calorie thing...this is not a diet to me its just a change in the way i am eating...but I feel for you...and hope the 'lump in your throat sorts itself out for you soon.
