OMG, thats terrific you have obviously worked so very hard and successfully this past year, holy moly you must/should post a ticker to show the world how you have been doing starting weight 418 6'1 present weight 267 goal weight 230 weight loss 151 lbs!!!! still 6'1 you have 37 lbs til goal!!!! you can do this, you are amazing, what a great job you have done so far you know that stalls happen to all of us we all hate them and its depressing just gotta "ride" past this on your bike don't mean to minimize how awful a stall is, but we just have to wait it out i know i know its easier said than done congrats on using the bike at work sure you could stop and read but you know you must continue to do the bike good for you you've got this!!!!!! keep up the great work!!! we/me/you all know that you can continue to be successful!!!! big congrats 2 notmeanymore and szingaro222 reacted to this Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
