What to eat?

I'm 2 weeks out on a full liquid diet and going to Breakfast out what can I eat

I would refer back to your Surgeon's notes and use that as a guideline.

If you're on a liquid diet still, you should bring a Protein Drink with you. If you're on a soft diet, ask for (1) egg beater because you won't eat it all. Don't drink and eat, remember no liquids and food together anymore. You must wait 30 min after a meal to drink. If you can't bring your Protein, get Soup and drink the broth.< /p>

Ok thanks I can't drink Protein Shake yet but I'm just going to drink tea

Make sure you don't drink too much caffeine, my Dr told me it will dehydrate you in the long run because its a diuretic. I drink one every day, because I need the caffeine but then I drink Water w flavoring....have fun on your outing!!!!
