angela3472 35 Posted April 3, 2013 I'm a 38 yof who was overweight. I weighed in on 3/19 at 248lbs I had my sleeve done 3/19/13 and I'm a a stall. I feel like my weight is going nowhere. I'm eating my Protein, keeping track of all my food intake. Anyone have advice??
PostalPatz 6 Posted April 3, 2013 I had my sleeve on exactlly a month before you, and I ran into the same 'problem' So, I stopped getting on the scale, and took picture and body measurements instead. I promised myself to weigh only once a month. Focus on healing yourself and focus on the big picture. You will start losing the weigh again! It's like waiting on a kettle to boil. 60gm of Proteins, and at least 64 floz of Water everyday. Hard, but work up to it! Give your body a break, it's been through a lot! Your body's just figuring things out. I will be rooting for you! 1 Annie04 reacted to this

It's a part of the process. If you stay the course you will pass this bump in the road. Do not let discouragement cause you to get off your plan. Believe me, it WILL pass. Hang in there. angela3472 35 Posted April 3, 2013 THANK YOU EVERYONE!!!! I am pushing through, it's hard getting the 64 oz of fluids and Protein in every day...of course you all know this. I am rooting for everyone out there because this is most definitely a full time job and something that takes dedication. I really hope we ALL achieve our goals!! I joined a gym and can't wait to be cleared to lift a bit to start toning and of course I'm walking and it REALLY helps when you feel discomfort and know you're full.
