be sure to drink as much as you can - but drink slowly

have your proper portions from your baby food stop eating when you are full - don't push it!!!!

always chew slowly

never talk with your mouth ful

get plenty of rest

don't drink any carbonated soda

after you finish eating - do not drink for about 45-60 minutes

and never ever drink with your meals

or have too many carbs

follow these important rules - and you will lead a healthy, happy, long life

be a good girl for all your new family - especially your lovely wonderful mommy
