Stalled and eating more

I am 6 months out and haven't lost in a month and feel my self possibly heading in the wrong direction. Currently down 70lbs at 255. Any help?

Change something, if its your workout, the time you eat, what you eat, something, it may just be enough to trick your body. Good luck!

I'm pretty new to the post op crew, but I have read stories where people stalled for 6 weeks but lost inches instead of pounds. Be encouraged :) My NUT says for me to remember to stay away from complex carbs and fats. Also, remember to eat lean.proteins first. Hope I helped.

eat eat eat. i upped my carbs (fruits and veggies) decreased Protein from 90 to 70 stopped working out for 5 days and started back taking Calcium and bam 4lbs oh and one Meal Replacement a day
