prettynpink 110 Posted April 2, 2013 I'm pretty new to the post op crew, but I have read stories where people stalled for 6 weeks but lost inches instead of pounds. Be encouraged My NUT says for me to remember to stay away from complex carbs and fats. Also, remember to eat lean.proteins first. newgrandmother 725 Posted April 3, 2013 eat eat eat. i upped my carbs (fruits and veggies) decreased Protein from 90 to 70 stopped working out for 5 days and started back taking Calcium and bam 4lbs oh and one Meal Replacement a day Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
