Guest deleted_user Posted April 2, 2013 Just wanted to warn those of you who are having trouble with energy and are thinking you may be B12 deficient. I thought I might be because I was lacking energy and started taking shots without getting tested. I kept getting weaker and losing more of my appetite. Got tested 2 weeks ago and the nurse said that my B12 is off the chart and my liver is struggling to manage. Said to stop immediately and get back to the basics of nutrition. Did just that and started moving more and I feel much better. So moral of the story is don't be your own doctor like I did, even if you had surgery is Mexico and you have no insurance or follow-up care. Always get tested to really make sure you need what you're taking. I was exhausting my liver for nothing. Hope someone finds this post helpful. 2 T'snewstart and amytug reacted to this

Carol Watts 67 Posted April 2, 2013 My Calcium is low and I feel tired and sluggish. B12 is a little high but not nothing to worry about. I talk to Surgeon office today.
