Tattoodmom 6 Posted April 1, 2013 I am a year out down 112 lbs and stuck! The scale won't move anymore! Its been a month! I'm doing everything right and working out still. I changed my routine and still no luck. Any suggestions?
Spatters3 315 Posted April 1, 2013 What was your starting weight? How much more do you have to lose to reach your goal? How many calories are you eating a day? How many carbs? How much are you exercising? How much Water are you drinking? I bet if you answered those questions you would be able to analyze your "stuckness" for yourself. I have been stuck at the same weight for a few months and I know it's because I have not been eating low carb, taking in too many calories, and not exercising (I have been dealing with chemo, radiation, and surgery for cancer so I cut myself some slack). Even so, I have found that my clothes continue to get larger. Remarkable how they do that,,,,, Analyze, adjust, go forward! 1 KateClivex reacted to this

zelmo 20 Posted April 2, 2013 Spatter3 is right. Take a closer look at what you are putting in your body....I have had the same situation and discovered I was taking in too many carbs. I cut them back and now am losing again. 1 Takingcontrol reacted to this
Tattoodmom 6 Posted April 4, 2013 Spoke with my dietician today. I actually haven't been eating enough calories according to her. I emailed he my MFP info and she wants me to up my calories for 2 weeks and see where things go. I have 20 lbs left to lose to be at my Dr. Goal and 30 for my personal goal. I am still super low carb 64-72 oz of Water a day and cut out any ETOH over a month ago. She also thinks some weight retention maybe stress related due to other things I have going on in my life. Thank goodness I finally decided to reach out to her. Thanks for the help guys. Btw good luck to all of you an all of your battles. 1 zelmo reacted to this
