jacquie12sign 11 Posted March 31, 2013 I think that is totally normal. I was sleeved March 12 and I still get tired. It gets better everyday.....My doctor told me to rest when you get tired.....Are you getting all of your Vitamins? Just know you are on your way! Hang in there J 1 tia952000 reacted to this

Amie 90 Posted April 1, 2013 I felt the same way at that stage. It took me about a month to finally get my energy back. Just keep trying to walk as much as you can. I promise it does get better.
newat52 1,613 Posted April 1, 2013 The B12 should help. I am almost 53 and was sleeved on the 6th of March. Listen to your body. Rest when you need to.
Phatabulous 6 Posted April 1, 2013 Honestly my doctor. Gave me one of those inhale breathing. Pumps you know the one where u can place the little blue marker at maybe 1500 or 2200..but it gives your lungs air it builds it back up and your suppose to do it 10 times a day and it really does give u your breath back..and lessen the fatigue..try it love 1 DrmBig4Evr reacted to this
