Rene 2/20 1 Posted March 31, 2013 I am 5 weeks out I was wondering when can I eat nuts again?
New1 201 Posted March 31, 2013 Everyone's different. I added nuts around month 6. I eat 1-2 servings of almonds or cashews daily. My tummy still rumbles pretty loudly every time I eat nuts and I'm a year out. I guess it's just more work to digest the nuts. Good luck.

SerendipityHappens 1,594 Posted March 31, 2013 My diet says week 5 or 6 for nuts and week 7 for seeds... Of course this is the earliest they want me to TRY these foods.. if they are well tolerated, then I can add them.. if not, they said to hold off and try again later.. same goes for breads.. I can try in week 5 but the instructions say if they're not well tolerated to wait a few more weeks and try again.
