I live about 20 minutes south of Annapolis an Anne Arundel County.

I'm in Cheltenham Maryland and it doesn't take me long to get to Annapolis. Our Maryland Lap Band Support Group use to meet at the Borders Book Store. We now meet in the Bowie area or sometimes we travel to members homes in the area.

Where would we find info. on joining one of these MD groups that meets in the area?

We will have a meeting around the 3rd Sunday in January. It will be announced on this board with the details. Each month we meet at different places. All are welcome. Hope this helps.

I live in Calvert County----that's South of Annapolis. So, many people have never heard of Calvert-I use Annapolis as a guide.
