DrmBig4Evr 152 Posted March 30, 2013 I know veteran sleevers who measure everything and don't go over 5-6 oz at each meal, but they do several small meals. Personally I am 3 weeks out and can only do 2 oz.
Threetimesacharm 1,400 Posted March 30, 2013 Did you mean to type 15 ounces? This seems way to much food. I eat 4-6 ounces depending what it is and am 6.75 months out.

dskinsler83 1 Posted March 31, 2013 I dunno maybe it's less than I think. I don't measure though I eat till I feel full. Then I wait at least 30 mins before drinking.

JonB 114 Posted March 31, 2013 My current plan (1 month out) is three meals of 4 ounces - Protein only. At the three month mark I can add 1 half cup serving of vegetables per day. So, 12 oz. a day now, 16 oz. in a couple of months.
kimbernada 190 Posted March 31, 2013 Volume-wize, I eat about 3/4 - 1 cup of food in a sitting. I still tend to think "volume" in general, although I do like to weigh the meat. chicken seems to be around 3 ounces, fish is about 5 ounces. I just cannot eat steak though. As for vegetables, they just fill me up. Well, actually, after eating the Protein, I don't seem to have much room for veggies. Like lettuce, I *love* lettuce.. now I can only have a couple of pieces and have to stop so that I have room for the protein.
