Not drinking with food has been the hardest adjustment for me. Drinking while I eat is such a habit! I'm able to eat full liquids and some soft foods. If I'm having liquids it is not an issue, but chewing and swallowing something makes me want to sip something! I never realized just how much I drank while I ate!

At least you are aware of it and working towards changing that habit. The best way, don't have any drinks around you when eating. Believe me the longer you do it you won't ever again want to eat and drink at the same time. You can do it!! :rolleyes:

It gets easy after a while i felt that way for a while now i'm eating and don't want anything to drink untill a hour later..because it makes me to full..
