I feel great really got the hang of this I was at 410 lbs when I started this process in December and now I'm 2months out and 30 lbs away from -100lb :-) I'm soooo excited because I can work out more and I'm going to be a totally different person so glad i made the decision to do this :-):-):-) !!!!!!

That is awesome, and encouraging. I am only 9 days out now. Had my first follow up today and I broke the under 300 mark! I am actually able to be on the scale and not see it go past 0 lol. 28mbs down since pre-op diet. It's almost hard to believe.

I know the feeling at its so much more to come ....I notice something new I can do that I cud not before all the time and it nearly brings me to tears ....wish u the best! !
