kimkai75 59 Posted March 28, 2013 I'm with you all. My stomach has been looking like balled up homework for 10 years....
Lain01 173 Posted March 28, 2013 My doctor said to get in a pool and swim laps. I had my two week post op today and that was his recommendation. Thankfully I have access to a community pool. I also bought the Palmers Cocoa Butter lotion for weight loss/stretch marks. Hopefully they work.
MichiganChic 3,262 Posted March 29, 2013 Haha, you guys are killing me. I'm so glad to have company, because I've had the "front butt" for 25 years from a C-section where they cut me up and down, instead of side to side! I'm not sure if I'll ever have surgery, but that would be my opportunity to lose it. Didn't know I would have ended up with one anyway!
Fiddleman 4,376 Posted March 29, 2013 Not sure if the helps, but I just completed my first yoga class today. This REALLY (double REALLY) works the core muscles ( not just the ABS). I surprisingly made it through an hour (was shaking like a leaf); it was so hard and I found it was even harder ( for me) then cross fit (which I came from an hour before that). Try out yoga. See if it is for you. I did not feel at all zen during the class, but am feeling very relaxed afterwards with my core muscles worked to the MAX. Maybe yoga is the key to avoiding a TT and eliminating the stomach butt. I'll be going back!! Oh yes, I will be going back ( in Best Wayne voice from Wayne's World). doreen70 268 Posted March 29, 2013 My carb intake is very low at 3 months out. Less than 20 gms daily. My weight loss seems to have slowed-lost one pound last week.

Fiddleman 4,376 Posted March 29, 2013 Wrong thread! Yes, of course. It was a question for you to answer about a guy having zero butt and whether you thought that was acceptable or not.

Fiddleman 4,376 Posted March 29, 2013 No' date=' I think a nice butt on a guy is a good thing.[/quote'] Ok will find a doctor to transfer stomach butt tissue to rear. Better then silicon, no? There is probable a legit procedure for doing this. Lol! I am just having a good time. My butt can still be squeezed.
