kooks3003 41 Posted March 28, 2013 I'm only almost four days out so I know not yet. But what week did people start working out. I know as of next Monday I should be able to take longer walks. As now I'm only walking around the house to get rid of gas which is so much better than the last two/three days some advice would be good as my last few posts iv got no response so I'm I'm feeling very overwhelmed since most questions I can't get answers for till I see my dr but that 5 days away Also anyone get a little sad in the first few days. I'm ok I just never know if I'm eating enough Soup or not enough. There isn't as much I do available of list of things I can eat apart from liquid Soups and Optifast so it's a little hard not to her board . I know juices are not recommended but at there any that are ok.
