I exercise every day. I do cardio and weights. I ate all clean healthy foods up until the last month. And now I am cheating here and there. I also log everything I eat and drink in my fitness pal. How many Calories/protein/carbs are you eating daily? Any lose skin? I just do lots of cardio, I run 5-8 miles every third day and do Crossfit on days I don't run. I do abs everyday to tighten my midsection and it's worked so far. I don't count carbs/protein I just eat high Protein food all day long, and on days I run I make sure I get a few servings of long grain brown rice in or I will feel terrible.
