ShyV. 32 Posted March 28, 2013 Im a bit concerned over so many people saying they can only fit 1 egg or less for Breakfast. Im 3months out and I eat 1 and 1/2 to 2 eggs with deli slice ham. Most days is 1egg and the other just the egg white but still..... Am i the only one that is eating this much??? Bit scared here.

*Dean* 1,594 Posted March 28, 2013 I have two eggs a couple of times a week for breakfast. I don't have anything with them except maybe a grating of padano sometimes. Relax

No game 14,437 Posted March 28, 2013 I wouldn't trip about that! I was able to eat 1 egg and cheese the very first day I was allowed! I'm now 4 months and can eat more. If that freaks others out? Oh well... it's a nice normal amount and that's what we are supposed to do! I've seen the people say "oh my! that's to much" "I only eat a bite and I'm stuffed for days" That's not me... Now if you came here and said girl I can eat 1 whole layer cake then we would be talking problems!! But you are eating normal. 7 SleeveandRNYchica, Sadtosaygoodbye, ProudGrammy and 4 others reacted to this
SleeveandRNYchica 1,155 Posted March 28, 2013 Yeah when I told my NUT I could eat 2 eggs she almost spased out! I try to stick to whites, but I can eat 2 eggs, but I would not eat anything else with that. I think I can eat more than most and it worries me!
ebthompson2010 126 Posted March 28, 2013 Everyone's sleeve is different. It also makes a difference in how well you chew. ALSO, SOME days I can eat two and SOME days I can only eat one. It varies. I am 8 mos post btw. 1 donewithdieting reacted to this
NtvTxn 1,262 Posted March 28, 2013 I'm almost three years out and I can eat one large egg, an egg white and a half ounce of 2% cheddar.
johnlatte 1,232 Posted March 28, 2013 I can eat 1 egg, 1 white and 2 morningstars. Did so this am. If you chew well and don't drink with it. it isn't hard.

Keep in mind, just because we can, doesn't mean we should. I was advised to under eat the sleeve, meaning, since we don't feel real hunger, stop before we get that full feeling that is sooooo miserable. Or maybe I'm the only one that can have the stuffed feeling sneak up and bite me!! 1 nsquared reacted to this
TexasMiss 314 Posted March 28, 2013 I can't eat a whole egg, but I hate eggs and have to force every bite down lol. After a couple days I quit torturing myself and ate yogurt instead...which is the less of two evils lol 2 bramptonian and NtvTxn reacted to this

I've been doing this for a while now, and I can pretty much know when I am full. 1 No game reacted to this
cmaloney 151 Posted March 28, 2013 For some reason since surgery I can't tolerate eggs at all. Comes right back up within 10 minutes. Strange because one day fine, next day not, so I just don't eat them & I'm 6 months out....oh well, maybe one day. 1 NtvTxn reacted to this

Shoot, you're welcome and you're doing better than me. If I'm eating out, I'll get to visiting and all of a sudden, I feel horrible....and I've been doing it for 3 years! Then there I am, in the passenger seat, laid back and salivating!!! I have not thrown up, but a couple of times, I was wishing! Maybe one of these days I'll know I need to pay more attention! At home I weigh and measure, it's easier for me.
