EYE CANDY

I've told you 1,000 times not to exaggerate!!!

popsicles are classified as a liquid - helping you stay hydrated po - but they don't really have an "ounce" value

you MUST drink your Water

your still a little early post up - but you MUST try and push your Water - as long as you can hold it down

if you are having problems....just keep sipping small amounts

many people drink chrystal light

if you just don't like water - SUCK IT UP!!!

you must drink 64 oz daily-if you DON't get all your H20 in.......

people have been shot for less :o

you do have to improve your drinking - this is a "for the rest of your life change"

good luck

ProudGrammy has said it all......This is the battle we all have to struggle with on a daily basis. Even at 18 months post op, I got dehydrated in Vegas. Wasn't fun let me tell you. So work on getting the Water in and then Protein, protein, and more protein.... You can do this..... :)

It doesn't count as Water but it does count as Fluid. When I had my surgery my instructions were to get 64 ounces of fluid not water. I used anything I could tolerate because I struggled to get anything down. Anything that melts to a liquid on its own is considered fluid... even sugar free Jello.< /p>

Here's an idea. If you STILL aren't able to drink Water and use popsicles as an exchange, try the pedialyte ones. They have mass electrolytes in them. Also try freezing gatorade in an ice cube tray and make your own little popsicles. THEN those can be counted. Cheers!

yes. Boxed popsicles don't really count as Water because their base is a Syrup. If you simply freeze your sweetened water then it should be fine. The base is still water . :D

My instructions were 64oz Fluid each day, so I got in as much Water as I could, and supplemented with other fluids.

sugar free Popsicles were like crack to me. I polished off a box in 2 days, although a couple were missing prior to when I started haha I have on purposely not bought any more just because they're THAT GOOD!

Is that profile picture you? Wowzer!! Looks like you have done well. I have started weight training again and I'm already noticing definition to my arms. Good job.

Me too!! I still love them but burned out on them. Summer is coming so I will be back on them soon I'm sure. You could eat a whole box and not take in that many calories (I think my are 10 cal each) so I'm okay with being addicted to them.... in moderation.

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

      2. BlondePatriotInCDA

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
