As long as you have advanced enough post surgery to include nuts then what's the problem.... as long as you don't overdo it.. They have a lot of calories for a very small portion so you just have to be careful that you are not going over your desire calorie threshold.

Anything in moderation is fine. Nutritionally I believe almonds and pistachios are better for you but in small quantities any nut is fine.

As long as you are far out enough, that should be no problem. When was your surgery?

I loves me some nuts. Mmmm ... goood ...

I eat peanuts all the time but I follow the serving size or I go for days on them lol
