missmeow 156 Posted April 6, 2013 I'm almost 3 weeks out and I am still figuring it out. I can cook but I am a bit lost. I'm also a chicken so I keep it simple. Today I ate: Breakfast: Greek yogurt (smooth kind, vanilla) 6 oz Lunch: Greek yogurt, 6 oz Dinner: My first time, I got the TB pintos and cheese. I ate it all. I have not been to TB in years and I do not like FF. I blame you people No really, it was really smooth and decent, so I thank you all for that lovely idea. 9g of Protein too. I will try to get in at least one muscle milk and maybe another yogurt or glass of milk to round out my Protein for the day. I have been eating a lot of cottage cheese but for some reason I end up stopping a little over a 1/4 cup. Last night I was able to do 1/2 cup over a longer period. I've tried hummus on my cottage cheese but it gives me heartburn right now.
